I got this book because a long time couple who are our close friends are going through the dementia journey. I hoped that this book might be helpful to the wife who is the care giver.The book described many of the things the couple is going through and I think it will be a help for her. At least I hope so.But it has also given me insight into how I can "love" them from a distance.
